This small maisonette is located on the harbor of Nea Chora, just 50m from the organized beach, a 10-minute walk from Chania’s old harbor, and 15 minutes from the city center. Nearby are traditional Cretan taverns, bars, and a mini market. The area offers calm and affordable holidays with activities like diving and gliding.
The space includes a bathroom with a shower, a small living room with a sofa, a kitchenette, and a dining area. Upstairs, there are two single beds and a flat-screen satellite TV. A private courtyard with flowers, a sun umbrella, and garden furniture completes the experience. Guests enjoy full privacy and independent access on the ground floor of Arocaria Hotel.

Located near the famous Phalasarna (13 km) and Elafonisi (25 km) beaches, the area is perfect for cycling and hiking, with Chania only 24 km away.
